2. Services Provided

Commercial Cleaning Pros offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including, but not limited to, routine cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialized services. Specific details about the scope of services and pricing will be outlined at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Appointment Scheduling

• All services must be booked through our website, phone, or email.
• Upon booking, you will receive an estimated time and date for the service.
• A one-hour arrival window is allowed for service appointments to accommodate traffic and unforeseen delays.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate details regarding the property and cleaning requirements at the time of booking.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible for our staff and for informing us of any special cleaning instructions, concerns, or safety hazards.
• The client must secure any fragile or valuable items before the cleaning service.

3. Payment and Fees

• All services must be paid for at the time of service, and we accept payment via [cash, credit cards, checks, etc.].
• Prices are based on the type and frequency of service. Additional charges may apply for special services or if the property requires more time than originally anticipated.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
• Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services.
• If services are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.
• Clients can reschedule or cancel by contacting us via phone or email.

3. Liability and Damages

• We are not responsible for any damage to personal property that is pre-existing or was not explicitly communicated to our team.
• Commercial Cleaning Pros is fully insured and takes great care when handling your property. However, we do not accept liability for any accidental damage or loss, except in cases of negligence by our staff.
• We do not move heavy furniture or appliances. If these areas require cleaning, please ensure they are moved in advance or inform us so we can discuss alternatives.

3. Worker Safety and Conduct

• All of our staff members are trained, insured, and bonded to perform cleaning services safely and effectively.
• Our staff is expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times. Clients must also ensure a safe environment for our employees.
• Commercial Cleaning Pros reserves the right to refuse services if our staff feels unsafe or if there is any inappropriate behavior.
