- Booking and Appointment Scheduling

- Upon booking, you will receive an estimated time and date for the service.
- A one-hour arrival window is allowed for service appointments to accommodate traffic and unforeseen delays.
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate details regarding the property and cleaning requirements at the time of booking.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible for our staff and for informing us of any special cleaning instructions, concerns, or safety hazards.
- The client must secure any fragile or valuable items before the cleaning service.
- Payment and Fees

- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

- If services are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

- We do not move heavy furniture or appliances. If these areas require cleaning, please ensure they are moved in advance or inform us so we can discuss alternatives.
- Worker Safety and Conduct
- All of our staff members are trained, insured, and bonded to perform cleaning services safely and effectively.
- Our staff is expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times. Clients must also ensure a safe environment for our employees.
- Commercial Cleaning Pros reserves the right to refuse services if our staff feels unsafe or if there is any inappropriate behavior.
